Specialized in real estate appraisal with emphasis on multi-family residences/apartments, complex residential properties (1-4 units), condominiums, manufactured homes, modular homes, and vacant lots for a period of over 20 years earned from being employed by several national lenders;

This specialization includes field appraisal inspection, report writing, managing national appraisal reviews, loan due diligence/audit, and investor relations in a conventional and sub prime lending.  Another relevant appraisal experience is commercial property tax appeals on apartments, commercial and industrial  properties, and assessment hearings in the States of California and Washington;

Additional lending experience includes loan processing, underwriting, closing/funding, and loan audit prior to becoming an appraiser.
